navi OK button..

Hi Guys,
I got an '08 Acura TL last monday. The OK button on the navi is an annoyance to say the least. I have been reading about hacking the navi but a reference to an orange or white navi disc is always made. I cant located either. Where would the disc be? I looked in the glove compartment and also the two dvds that were given to me (Acura TL Advanced Technology Tour and DVD-Audio Demonstration Disc).

Please advise. Thanks in advance

The Navi drive is in the trunk, on the right side; the Navi DVD is inside that drive.

Welcome to AZ.

if you want to get rid of it, you can buy the module from KPTECHNOLOGIES that automatically presses the ok button via eletrical pulses in the wires.

the lawyers insist on the nag screen. I've just gotten in the habit of pushing the joystick to get rid of the screen, I try not to touch the screen if I don't have to (there are at least 3 ways of doing everything in the nav system).

On some cars, the A/C default is on so every time you start up, you have to switch it off. It just becomes second nature.

The only hack for ver 4.62/4.63 is the background pic when the navi starts up.
