I checked the navi site today and they have the orange 3.71 for 06 tl. Does anyone know this update will finally fix the issue with dst.

when I called yesterday they told me that the '09 disc would be out in the fall...so that is only a few months

yea but on the website it says this is the fall update. The 3.71 version, it was just released this past week.

3.70 Came out last fall ('07), but has been on backorder for months. Looks like they have made a minor update to it and released 3.71 in it's place.

Correct, the 3.7 was pulled off the market...and it was released last fall....the 3.71 was just released either this week or last week and I talked to the technical person at Alpine and the only change was because people complained about not finding Starbucks under restaurants so the now, in 3.71 have coffee shops as a separate category. amazing, but true. bottom line is the newest one should be released in about three months or so

I just got off the phone with Alpine (before I read this thread). The clerk said an update is expected this fall/winter. I'm gonna wait.

Do you any of you know if the new disc makes changes or adds to the interface\graphics\functions\voice? I want to know I have the orginal disc that came in the 2005 TL.

dose anyone konw if I can change out my 06 tl navi unit to a 08 mdx navi unit ? the only reason I ask is because i have a white navi disk for a mdx but my tl disk is orange. Is there any ways to use a white disk?

I guess the only way to do it is to replace the dvd hardware unit. Search on the forum I just saw somebody upgrading the hardware.
