I just bought an 06 tl w navi and the nav acts like it has a short in it......sometimes on start up it will ask for the code and sometimes it will try to download the disc and sometimes it will go straight to the moon pic screen.....either way it will end up at that screen and not go to the map....every so often it will let me put in the code and will go to the map but only for a very brief minute.......I have also tried another disc and get same results and ive put my disc in the other car and It works.....therefore its not the disc.....any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

If it's still under warranty, I'd take it in and have it checked out. BTW, welcome to AZ

 

Thanks......I wish it was under warranty......Please someone has to have had this problem before.....If you can hack into these units you have to be able to fix them!
