Nav Code Not Working

Nav Code Not Working
Hey all,
New member here. I purchased a 3rd gen 2005 TL last week, and the nav has been asking me for a code. Previous owner told me he'd just replaced the battery. I pulled the unit and got the serial number, and verified my Nav Code with Acura, but it doesn't work. Any advice?
