Just out of curiosity, has anyone hacked into the multi info display (where it tells you your mileage, oil life... etc) so that instead of saying "drive 1 detected" it could say "joe the TL owner detected" or "welcome joe the tl owner" or "start me up sexy"... well you get the drift.

 

It has been discussed here and on other acura boards. It is possible, but it would require a very good programmer to pry at the chips on the gauges for us and then reprogram it. People would def. be up to it, but the cost of messing up the board inside is around 800 dollars.
