Anybody know if this phone has the HFL.. I've searched everywhere and can't find
the info.. I found it for 350.00 and i need to buy one soon as my previous phone has died... Any help??

 

This phone works and I currently have T-mobile. I followed the instructions for the V600 and it works great. It doesn't show the battery life. just signal. I got it unlocked at an electronics store.. You must pay cash!

 

You have to get the v80 unlocked? Should come unlocked already. that's odd. As I read, the v80 supports headset profile.

Makes sense now. Not particularly a popular phone but offers nice swivel action. I can see how the Sony Ercisson S700 will be an interesting competitor...and it'll be my next phone.

very similar phones. The only problem i have with unlocked phones is that I need help getting the browser to work and T-mobile is having a hard time figuring out the settings. Any suggestions on getting the brower to work now?

 

motorola's website has a link where you can setup wap/mms and it sends the settings to your phone.

 

I've looked all over the web site and still can't find it.. If possible do you have a link?

 

if you're still looking at this thread, shoot me over a message and I can help you get i to work. Make sure that you are subscribing to T-Zones and you are able to get to WebAccess -> Web Sessions -> New Entry so you an manually input these settings. I have a v80 with T-Mobile and got it to work.
