I have a number stored in the HFL phonebook. The stored number requires me to press #2 during the call then #1 to get to the correct person. I know how to do this during the call but can I program the HFL to do this automatically via the phonebook setup?

 

you need to store the numbers with pauses inserted. It should be in the manual if you need more details.
