Maps for other regions (Europe)

I am overseas right now and I would like to know if I could download any CD's online with european maps? I was browsing Navteq but could not find. Any advise?

you cant download the CD's
you have to buy them directly from NAVTEQ.

I called Navteq but they don't seem to have any available. Any other sources? Thanks.

Sorry, what kind of car needs in the european maps?

I got an 2006 Acura TL. An I am looking to upgrade or buy a CD that has European maps, mainly the western region. I also have a handheld unit but is just a nightmare trying to see so small screen and play music at the same time.
