Your car is going to turn into a rattle box and if the subs are really heavy it will increase the wear on your shocks . Im sure the hearing loss is the most important one to consider tough..

Sorry I couldn't hear you. What about hearing loss?

Just don't crank it up all day and you'll be fine. Weight/wear on the car is subjective, depends on your setup. The interior rattles to start with, you'll find more rattles and want to chase them down.

Depends on the box design. If it's sealed or ported, point to the rear of the vehicle. if you do an infinite baffle where the whole trunk is the box it has to face forwards.

My 15s weigh only 17lbs each and they're not in an enclosure and the stock sub is gone so the weight addition isnt bad at all. Subwoofer frequencies don't permanently damage hearing as badly as midrange frequencies. The only area my car has developed more rattles after 7 years of subwoofers is the door panels and that was after I put the 9" midbasses in the doors. The overhead console will make a little noise as well but that's only when it's cranked to the point it's seriously flexing the windshield which isn't often.
