I need some help, I have a 04 TL base non-navi and I was wondering which isimple would be best, the isim74 or the ishd571 or let me know what else can you recommend , thanks in advance

 

I have da isim74 n it works gr8.....ez install n u have da option of ipod or other mp3 device,much better than da fm transmitter,its cd quality!!!

I am also looking for which device. I have a 2006 TL, NON NAVI. It seems that the recommended model number on the iSimple website differs from the model numbers in this form. Can anyone confirm which model would be best for a 2006 non navi TL?

 

DVD-A can use lossless WAV files and you'll have roughly 24GB of data across your 6 DVD-a's. Steering wheels controls still control it like normal and there is no install...

I bought my iSIM73 on ebay. You have the wrong model. There are plenty of threads on the iSIM. Refurb model for $30. Seller no longer has that price. Next closest is $58.

I have an 04 non-navi TL. Works fine with steering wheel controls on my iphone 4, ipod, nano.

 

So the isim73 is plug and play?

 

yes, i have an 04 non navi. It plugs into the XM radio port. Good luck with the install though. I did the install without taking any console apart. It's super tight getting behind the radio to plug in the iSIM connector. It's possible but if I had to do it again I would take console apart to get more room. I mounted the gateway on the side near the gas pedal.

 

ISIM73 ftw.

It won't work with iOS 4 or 5 though.
