I was looking at the graphs of the stock front and rear outputs on the stock amp. The rear was nearly flat while the front had some bass boost in the lower but dipped pretty badly from 2K to 5.5Khz.
So I switched the front and rear inputs on my amp. It made a nice difference, more than I was expecting. I can hear things I didn't hear before. I thought it was the placebo effect so I kept drivng around listening to music I listen to a lot and it seems to be much higher quality sound now. I guess it's sort of like the poor man's cleansweep lol.
