Id ctx65cs -3db? 0db? +3db?
Just depends on your ears and their sensitivity. I'd start with 0db, listen to it for a few songs and then swap it to -3db and listen to it for those songs to see which you prefer. Wouldn't do +3
Whatever sounds best to you. The labeling is funny on some passives. +3 is actually 0db and 0db is actually -3db. -3db is -6db. Passives can't actually boost a frequency, only attenuate it. None of that matters, just start somewhere, listen for a few days and adjust if necessary. I believe with the tweeters in the dash you will likely end up with 0db or -3db.
