Water in silk dome tweeters? How bad?

This bodyshop experience is turning into a nightmare.

I noticed on the dash and shifter console it looks like it got wet and dried. Windshield was replaced so I assume it was during this process.

I installed my new Image Dynamics components a couple weeks before it went into the bodyshop. Everything worked fine. I pulled the subs and amps out before it went into the shop but left the components.

When I hooked everything back up, my tweets didn't work at all. I left the crossovers hooked up in the trunk and only disconnected the wires going to the amp so there's no reason the mids would work without the tweets working. Slowly my tweets started working but still not at the volume they were before. They seem to be getting louder by the day but I went from a -3db at the crossover to a +3db and they're still not as loud as before.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm bringing it back Tuesday for the glue on the floormat, rearview mirror not glued on, steering rack leak, screwed up windshield, and heavy steering. I might as well tack this on the list too if appropriate.
