Question How to replace console lights located on stereo?

A couple of the console lights (the cold/hot adjustment) on the passenger side are out and need replacement. Obviously, these are connected to the stereo. Is there an easier way to replace these without having to remove the whole stereo from the car?

Any write ups or DIY on this? Thanks for any information.

Well in my old accord when I had it, it was a bunch a surface mount LEDs that you had to solder onto the board

These are actual bulbs.. one of the ones I need is the neo wedge bulb.

The other one is a different part number but I'm pretty sure it's not soldered in to the board.
