HFL sound problem

HFL sound problem
Hi so I'm new to this forum however I've got an 04 TL and my HFL is giving me problems. My phone is paired and everything and when I make a call everyone can hear me but I can' hear them. I also can't hear any beeps or the commands it usually makes. Any help would be highly appreciated
