04 TL HFL CID issue after replacing with new HFL

The HFL system was working okay (sometime there are glitches) in my 04 TL with Ericsson T616 and MOTO V551 (this one won't displace BAT level). Otherwise, my CID feature was working most of the time. Since there is a TSB on the HFL, I explained the crash conditions with the dealer in Toronto and they ordered and installed a new HFL module. This is where the new adventure begins. Let's talk about the positive things: speed is faster, speech is louder, pickup is quicker and it has FRENCH as an option. Negative thing: My CID is GONE! I have several phones like T616, Moto V551, Palm Treo 650 (all the GSM network, Carrier is ROGERS), no luck at all. Then I borrow a friend's CDMA phone on BELL (it was a TREO 650 too), it worked and CID displaced. The dealer is trying to tell me that ROGERS has never worked, but I showed them on another 04 TL, and I proved them wrong. Then Acura gave the BS about the GSM network show a "+" sign when caller dials in and that might fools the HFL module, is that right? So is that mean the original HFL did not have this bug on the "+" (for example, CID "+14165551211"). Did they changed vendor on the HFL? I think the 04 was manufactured by Johnson Control or something.

Anyway, I have exhausted many ways to solve this bug. Does anyone out there has this issue in Canada on the 05 or 06 TL with ROGERS or FIDO on CID?

caller display

i just got a motorola v551 (my service is with Rogers) and I can't get the number to display on incoming calls. I have call display with my service and it shows up on the phone, but not on the dash display. All it shows is incoming call. Just wondering if it is a function of the phone, the service or an HFL problem?

Question for you:

what year is your TL, 2006 is it?

Does it has FRENCH language option as the setup?
