Incoming call display

I have a 2005 TL and just got a motorola v551 (my service is with Rogers- (Canada) and I can't get the number to display on incoming calls. I have call display with my service and it shows up on the phone, but not on the dash display. All it shows is incoming call. Just wondering if it is a function of the phone, the service or an HFL problem? Was wondering if anyone else had similar problem or any ideas.

Not all phones are 100% compatible with that car and offer 100% of the features. Your phone obviously is not compatible in sending the caller-id information to the car.

If that's a feature you must have then, you need to probably look at getting another phone. For instance, my phones does everything, but give me the battery strength in the display.

Yes it does, thanks. No doubt the problem is with rogers and not the phone or the car.
