btw, I am not associated with the case or lawyer.
I replace mine a couple of years ago for about $250 and 15 minutes.

 

That lawsuit is a crock of shit. It'd make sense if they did it for something worthwhile on the TL, like the failing compliance bushings, shitty auto tranny or paint issues guys have had.

 

i don't think it's going to hold any water but i'm interested..

 

I'm interested as well since I just installed my replacement unit in my 08TL-S last week.
