HFL Lawsuit....

Not sure if this has been posted yet.....could not find on this Forum.
I know that many have had this problem and failure of unit.

btw, I am not associated with the case or lawyer.
I replace mine a couple of years ago for about $250 and 15 minutes.

That lawsuit is a crock of shit. It'd make sense if they did it for something worthwhile on the TL, like the failing compliance bushings, shitty auto tranny or paint issues guys have had.
