HFL connecting and disconnecting problem
HFL connecting and disconnecting problem
Hi guys. I did a search but haven't found the same problem I'm having.
Recently when I start my car the hfl recognizes my phone but only for a couple minutes then the phone icon disappears on the display. The diagnostics show the whole system is working properly. I took the hfl unit out to check for any obvious issue but found nothing. Anyone else have this problem or know what it could be. Not sure if it would be the hfl unit or not. I've seen on here that they can be problematic.
Thank you

You may want to try looking into your phone bluetooth connection. Sometimes the connection is loss. On your phone, go to setting, bluetooth and then see if the
HandsFreeLink TM is highlighted. Sometimes the two would lose its pairing connection.
I would have this issue when I forget to turn off my bluetooth headset.
Good luck
