Hi all...first time posting, new user. If I missed any forum rules or broke any, please fill me in! Here's my puzzle:

I just replaced my '97 TL with 200k (leak in the head gasket) with an '06, no navi. I want to move whatever I can salvage over to the '06, but I'm not sure what can fit where/how easily...etc. I'm not too familiar with audio installs, so take it slow for me

In the '97 I have:
- Polk DB6501 6 1/2 components
- Polk DB691 6x9s
- Polk DB1212 w/ Polk PA4001 Mono amp
- DEI Avital 4103 Remote Starter

I'm fine with keeping the factory head unit...for now.

I know a lot of people here have ridiculous systems, but I just want something that sounds good and this has worked for me.

Suggestions? I have some thoughts but I'll see what everyone has to say. Thanks!

 

The 6.5s will fit. The 6x9s will not - rears are 6.5 too.
