help please, DVD-Audio again :(

First of all, I've read most of the posted threads, and tried to burn a DVD-audio for my 04 TL; however, it did not work.
Alright, I did use DVD-RW to burn music. First, I used DVD-audio solo program to burn one, but it somehow got stuck at "analyzing VOB, IFO,AOB" step for a VERY long time. So I gave up with DVD-audio solo and tried with Ulead. I created a DVD-Audio disc at first, unfortunately TL DVD-A did not recognize it. It somehow displayed "DVD-A" while loading though, the disc was ejected afterwards. Then I created a "DVD-video but only audio", the TL DVD-A did not recognize AGAIN The screen displaye "format" then ejected the disc. Now I'm 100% frustrated, and I've wasted a few bucks on this too. (I bought DVD+R first ) Anyone please help me!
Thanks a bunch in advance.
Winston

How long did you wait for that analyzing step?
Do I have to convert mp3 files to wav if I'm using solo?

"DVD video with only audio" is not what you want to do. The TL will not be able to handle that.

I have experience with Ulead so I can give you some pointers. You want at least Ulead Burn. Now 2.0 with the program update from the Ulead website.

Then the steps are easy:
1) Launch Ulead Burn.Now

2) Select Create Disc > Audio disc > DVD-Audio > OK

3) New window appears and you basically drag and drop all the songs (mp3, wav, etc) you want onto the bottom half of that window. Ulead should be able to convert them if necessary. Start off easy and just burn all the tracks at the root location (no folders). Make sure you do not go over 99 tracks (DVD-A has a limit of 99 tracks/group).

4) Click on the icon of a disk with flames on it to start the burn process.

Most members are having better luck with name brand DVD-R. I have used Maxell DVD-R without any issues.

If this still fails, there are other options (Adobeman's programs) that you can try. Everything is summarized here: 3G TL Audio & Electronics FAQ.

Looks like you've figured it out before I could finish my post.

What was the issue?

The issue was that DVD audio solo froze when I tried it for the first time early on today.
The Ulead somehow did not work fine for me.

Both software have trial versions for you to test.
For truly free software, search on Adobeman's programs.
