XM Service - Should I Be Concerned?

XM Service - Should I Be Concerned?

I have a 04 TL in which I activated XM service in November 2003. I paid for three years. Here we are 6 months after my renewal and I've yet to receive any information or bill that my service is up for renewal. Should I be concerned? Will they bill me for the past 6 months? Don't ask, don't tell?

Did you give them a credit card number? They told me that once you give them your credit card that puts you on the auto-renewal plan. They will not send you any bill or any notice. If you want to cancel you have to call them.

Yeah I think XM has horrible internal controls. I just bought my '05 TL a few weeks ago and XM is provided to me for free. I know plenty of people who get it for free because of situations like this. No wonder their stock price is in the mud...

There may be some internal computer issues but they will catch up with you in the future.
