Help I just got the v3c and problems with car

I just got the verizon razr v3c and after talking and hanging up my car still says "In Use". The Acura guy told me I have to disconnect the car battery to reset.

Anyone else use this phone with this car?

I just disconnected and now it works again. Flaky I guess.
