Having trouble getting Navigation screen to work

I’ve been stuck on this for months I’ve bought 2 different OEM screens both with the same problem so I know it’s the wiring in the car not the screens.

I can figure out which one feeds the picture to the screen. I’ve had all three clips in the back replaced already thinking a wire wasn’t connecting fully. (Blue and 2 green clips) I’ve read the manual for the wiring diagram but can’t pin point my problem here. First photo is when the car gets turned on after about 10 seconds goes to the blue screen. This is my third nab screen I’m working on. I thought about buying a after market Tesla screen but I don’t think that would solve my issue just carry over Freon whatever problem I’m currently having. Any one with any insight is greatly appreciated!

Edit: I can control the AC settings

The screen is fine (as you've found out, by replacing it twice) and most likely the wiring is too.

It's probably the navigation unit in the trunk that needs to be replaced.

A couple places repair them; Alpine themselves, Original Car Audio, United Radio/Automotive Electronics. Looks like prices range from $225 (Alpine), $360 (OCA), to $470 (I just had United Radio quote me last week)

Your dvd drive in the trunk is probably the issue, make sure the connectors are firmly plugged in first.

For anyone else reading it was the navigation unit in the trunk. I bought one off a Acura TL type s salvage yard in my area for $160 and it was just plug and play even gave me a new disc. Worked like a charm thank you so much guys!
