Try looking in your leather manual case. I kept the card with the number on it in there. I know on my TSX the number was on a sticker on the side of the glove box when you opened it (toward radio). May be there.

If you talking about the 4 digit password in your phone.......sometimes it's four zeros.

If you're trying to find the four digit code it's asking for during the pairing process, you're supposed to just make it up. She'll say, "State a four digit code for pairing," or something like that. Just so long as you remember the number long enough to punch into your new phone once the HFL finds it, you're golden.

Well when I tried to pair my phone I made up 4 digits which I swear is my birthday then, turned out that the phone wasnt compatible, now 4 months down the line I get a phone that is compatible with the car and I can't log in, it wont take the 4 digits that i say, which Im pretty sure are correct, so if I do disconnect my battery will that help. By disconneceting the battery will I have to set up a new password with 4 digit code or am I fawked and have to go to a dealer? I hope I'm explaining this right.

You just need to do a new pairing. I've paired multiple phones with the car.

Hit the HFL button and say "Phone Setup." One of the options is "List" which tells you the name(s) of the paired phone(s). The phone you're trying to get working is probably among the listed phones. From the Phone Setup menu, say, "Delete" and follow the prompts to remove the pairing for the troubled phone. After it's cleared out, do the setup again to re-pair that phone with a new password.

Yeah you should be able to unpair the phone if you do what bluenoise says. I don't think you need the 4 digit code to delete it. Besides, you can pair up to 5 or 6 phones to the car so even if you don't ever use the first phone again you can still pair the new phone. Just remember the code....
