In order to make the TL a bit more hacker friendly, does anyone have a "shop" manual or technical guide that describes the electronics components of the TL?

I happen to have a 2006 TL and without disassembling my dash (I'm a software person), I would really like to know the part number and OEM of the stereo, LCD, Radio, GPS Unit etc...

Here is what I have learned so far:
The GPS is built by Alpine and contains an SH4 processor.

Does anyone have photos of the Navi Board (for the chip part numbers)?
I suspect that the chip in our car is one of these:

I'm hoping that we have the 7770 which looks like a fun device for embedded hacking enjoyment.

 

There was a thread on mp3car that detailed dissection of the Nav screen. While this is not the NAV PC it might be a worth a look.
