Gauge cluster issues with Speedometer and Tach

So I recently changed my battery in my 07 TL type S

and right away noticed by speedometer needle was below 0 and would only go up to 0 while driving. Same with the tach as it is below zero and when I start the car it’s showing idle at like 100 rpms. Any ideas? Also, any idea how to do the cluster test with my car?
im selling the car and have a buyer lined up but he wants me to figure this out first so I’m desperate to fix it quickly.
thanks!

Actually, forgot to share my buddy scanned it and was coming up with all kinds of loss communication signal codes including turn signals, etc. I’m just not sure what to do as it’s all the gauges

I would disconnect the battery again and leave it for some time. If reset won't help I don't know what will.

There is a option to do the gauge cluster test. But I don't think there is a calibration option.

Needle below Zero

do you know by any chance how I can fix my 08 Acura TL issue the needle for MPH is below zero even with start up when I speed up it starts to go up. Example if I’m going 30mph then I’m really doing 40mph it’s 10mph behind. How can I fix this issue

If it keeps going negative you'll go back in time!
