Weird car and gauge cluster issue

So i know this doesnt relate to 3g tl but I figure you would all be able to help me out. I have a 2002 acura el 1.7l and today i drove 10km and shut my car off. When i tried to restart it it didnt start and the bcm made buzzing noises. I boosted it and it ran but once I turned it off it wouldnt start again. Unless boosted. So i bought a new battery and dropped it in and it stars fine everytime now.

However; the gauge cluster is not working now. All the needles bounce very fast and not far off the zero mark lines and the km reads 00000000. It shuts on and off the odd time and doesnt read rpm or anything.

Any idea what could possibly be happening??

Sounds like:

-A short somewhere

-Gauge cluster broke

-Possibly an ECU issue
