I’ve looked through a lot of threads and seen black nav screens or screens that keep rebooting. My nav screen doesn’t do either of that the screen is all jumbled up and none of the nav buttons work anyone ever see this issue before?

 

 

Sometimes the rear camera is on while I'm driving but looks scrambled and boxy. Ever figure anything out?

 

 

Actually yesterday I noticed if I put in reverse right after starting the engine the rear camera comes on perfectly then after going into drive it gets all boxy and pixelated. Wondering if it's the display not the navigation system. Also the buttons under the display don't work, (map, info ,zoom, cancel, audio)
