Factory amp location - 2008 with navigation

Does anyone know where the factory amp is located in a 2008 TL without navigation? I am thinking about replacing it with a DSP and aftermarket amps.

it is in the passenger footwell just forward of the door opening. leave it intact for center channel voice prompts and rear fill.
