KP Technologies or whoever the fuck I bought this piece of shit item from sucks. The mod does not work. I installed it as described. I check all connections and rechecked 4 times. I am not new at this shit. There products suck.

 

Did you contact them to see about a refund/replacement? It is possible you got a dud.

 

i've installed 4 of these things and one in my car and they all work perfectly. you might have gotten a bad module. when you press the lock button pause a second then press it again it should roll up the windows, same goes for rolling them down when pressing unlock. "press, pause then press"

The KP Rollup Module is easily the best functional mod you can get. My unit has been very reliable. Anyone else contemplating this unit should not be swayed by the flames of one, clearly frustrated and overstressed buyer. BTW, coupon code ACURAZINE gets 10% off.

OP, please post your opinion AFTER you have contacted Kevin and attempted a resolution. I would be interested to see what happens. Should you reach a solution, I would hope you will remove the items from your signature, as well.

check ur wires, does it light up in the inside when u hit lock? plus remember its like a sec dat u gotta give it 4 it to bring ur windows up....

 

Also are you sure your timing is correct? It took me a while to get the pause between pushing the button correct. I still mimic my key being in the drivers door and turning it left twice to get mine to work.

 

are your doors closed before you're hitting that lock button? lol...

 

I'll say mine went in and buttoned the job up in 45 minutes, I not here to school you, but help can be found and freely given with a litte kindness.

operator error? is the light turning on? if not, double check the connections and that they are the RIGHT connections. i remember fixing my boys that wired his up wrong cuz they were similiar wires next to each other.

Check ALL connections. The problem I had was that the taps I was using were not piercing the OEM wire covering enough to make good contact. This is important as well. Make sure you're working in the right harness. Some of the wire color combinations are used more than once and you may just be tapping the wrong wire. I was eager and impatient which turned a simple install into 3 hrs. that involved bloodshed (no joke). But it was my first mod and it hasn't failed or hiccuped on me yet.

Dude, you're 39 yrs old. I'd expect this kind of immaturity from the younger crowd, but this is ridiculous. Grow a pair and work it out. You're gonna feel like a real dink if it's something you've been doing wrong the whole time.

check and recheck your work...im guessing you chunked the directions out the window and just tried to wing it, eh?
