Not that I need video in my car or advocate watching moives while driving, but since I have a video converter and USASpec iPod adaptor with an additional aux input, palying moives on the navi screen became very easy. I just need to connect a DVD player to both adaptors.
Which brings me to two questions:
1. What kind of player to get? So far the smallest ones I found are 1/2 DIN- the same size as a standard car stereo, but half the thickness. Search ebay for "half DIN DVD", and you'll see plenty. Are there better alternatives?
2. Location, location, location The box in the center console is too small, glovebox also doesn't look very promicing, but I haven't measued it yet. Any ideas where to install the player?

 

I can't believ noone installed a DVD player before!

 

There are many. You might be better off doing a search than waiting for people to reply. Try a search in this subforum with the keywords dvd, installed, video. You'll see some pictures at least.
