Hey guys,
New to the forum and new to the TLs.
I'm in the process of picking up a 2004 TL with Navi. (getting it thursday :-D )
Is the DVD player in the trunk only good for the Navi?
What else can it be used for?

Ummm, I thought the DVD changer was in the dash; the same as my 2006 TL.

Edit: I think I understand your question now; the single disc player in the trunk is only for the NAV; I believe your car also has a 6-disc changer in the dash.

 

the dvd player in the trunk can only read navi discs......................
its not good for anything else.
