Did one burn off? Or if you replace with LED, then the light comes on without the proper wiring.

Fixed that for you. LED's draw less current and as such, car computers tend to think the bulb is burnt out. Adding a load resistor mimics the load of a standard filament bulb to trick the computer into thinking there is proper load.

If not LED, then one of your DRL bulbs is out. replace with another 9005 bulb

So if I replace stock (Canadian) DRL 9005 with anything but LED I don't need any wiring? And is there anyway on Canadian made TLs to have DRL stay on with HID?

Other than just wiring it directly to a switch.

I'm sure you can pull a wiring schematic and do some electrical work to get that done. Anything is possible It just begs the question, why?
