DOM Nav2go with Pioneer ND-BC2

i am getting ready to install Dom's unit for the rearview camera only. got the pioneer ND-BC2 today. got some questions about the power connection. i am going to use add a fuse circuit to power the DOM's unit. How should I power the camera itself? should i tap it with add a fuse circuit or should i tap it into the reverse light for power? thanks in advance.

Tap into the reverse light so that it powers up only when you are in reverse (when the reverse light goes on). Otherwise, with an add a circuit, the camera will stay on always.

Is there a way to add a switch so that you could turn it on while driving and not just in reverse?

Yeah, use an Add a fuse, run that power to your switch, and then from the switch to your camera

But does that come on automatically in reverse still then or do you need to flip the switch? Is the camera even worth while when in drive?

so I should tap it with the switch wire from DOM's Nav2go together into the reverse light's 12V? Will that provide enough amp to run the camera? thanks.

also, since i am only going to do rear view camera, will it be ok to tap all the devices into the reverse light 12V? I would rather not to go all the way to fuse box if that can be avoid. but don't want to overload at the same time. ahh....... i am confused.....
