So I suspect my battery is draining cause of a bad Bluetooth. Does anybody know if it's possible to disable BT in the car?

No, I think the center component part of the map lights is the Homelink opener system.

In your photo, that tan plastic bezel/surround bolted to the roof contains the HFL unit. Post #212 in the thread above shows the bezel and unit.

 

Thanks, took a bit a rooting around those thread links but I finally found a service bulletin with the write up on removing that overhead console.
