Will the DICE ipod unit work with the DOM's NavtoGo or will I need to purchase the PIE unit?

 

Yes it sure will. Thats what I'll be using for my audio source when I install my video source.

 

I'm about to install both next weekend. I'm waiting for my Honda fog light switch and harness to come this week. I'm using Dom's 1st video input plus the aux from Dice unit to connect to the back of an RCA A/V faceplate in the ashtray behind the center console. This is like three big DIY's in one weekend and I'm kinda nervous. As to your question, from what I've read in all the research I've been doing the last month or so is that both units can be used together. I'm planning on using my ipod video to display most of my video. I wanted to put an A/V faceplate in so that I could throw my PS2 slim in the car if I wanted to play games or watch DVD's. I have a cigarette power adapter for my PS2. I'm planning on installing a back-up camera later too which will go into Dom's 2nd video input. Sorry for the long response, but I've been doing so much research on this topic that I wanted to share some of what I've learned. Let me know if you have more questions.

 

Thanks for the info. It looks like I will be going with the DICE unit since it will display text images for the iPod. Almost bought the Neo unit but backed out because it did not display the text.
