demon eye lights

hi guys this is my first time visiting. I recently purchased the demon eye lights online from umnitza. The problem is that the instructions i recieved in the mail says its strictly for the 06+...And i have the 04 tl. I tried to research the difference but to no avail. Does anyone know if the lights will fit??? ....thanks in advance

Yeah its gonna fit. The only difference is the ballast size on the 06TL vs the 04TL Something tells me that they meant to type 07+ on the box and if that's the case, then it would mean there are probably 2 rings for each housing since their housing changed from the 04-06TL. But I would think you can just wire it with one ring if you desired, but I can't tell without looking at the item.

Baking the lights helps to soften the rubber butyl that keeps the lights tightly sealed. This will allow you to pry the lens from the headlight assembly. Some members have applied a heat gun to the edge of the lens to soften the butyl sealant.

Yeah I have told Umitza that they made a mistake with the model years over a year ago......they STILL haven't changed it!

Don't worry ALL the halos for the 3GTL are the SAME size. The 04-06 needs 2 halos and 07+ (Base and Type-S are the same size) needs 4 halos.

Yes bake the headlights on a cookie sheet or wet rag. NOT on the metal grille, it WILL melt the headlight housing. Don't let ANY part of the headlight touch anything metal in the oven, it will melt it! I advise an oven over a heatgun because if you are not careful you can easily overdo it. With the oven it will heat everything predicatably and evenly.

The lip is part of the Aspec kit. Do a search, you'll find pics and everything!

Hey guys! I was also looking at Umnitza, are we using the same halos (3g TL owners) as TSX owners, would it still work?. I can't find one on the site that is for 3G TLs.

This is the only one on the site for acura..

Thanks!
