Dealer replaced HFL???

If dealer replaced HFL, Pairing would most likely be needed? Dealer states they replaced Switch Assembly but I am not convinced.

if it was just the switch and not the unit there is no need for you to have to pair your phone. I work at a dealer, If they say they replaced something they did. If it was warranty pay we 100% have to turn in the old removed part to the parts dept. or else the tech will not get paid for labor and the dealer will not get paid for the part.

A1 Service was also performed and requires tire rotation, Tires were not rotated?

Dealer also scratched my two front rims.

Did you pay for rotation? How do you know it wasn't done?

Yes, I did pay for tire rotation. How do I know? Vehicle was also looked at for premature tire wear on right rear tire, tire is mounted on the same position.

Try this thread from a little while back:

I caught a dealership cheating and not doing service work

BTW - I just got may A1 done (F*** the dealer for their over priced routine maint., I go to a reliable local shop - paid $29 plus a coupon) but checked to make sure I got a rotation - curb rash on the front left is now on the rear left.

service a is a glorified oil change. tire psi, visual brake check, fluid top off and overall visual check. I don't know where the damage is on your rims (could be from impact gun while removing the wheel) or just driving it onto an inground lift with outside lift arms (if on lip). My dealership wont allow us to rotate the tires if it causes the two tires with the most tread to be anywhere other than the front of the vehicle.
