The clock is set by the GPS for the navigation system so it knows where your car is.

 

Yup. My TL doesn't adjust time, because I don't have a navi. =(

 

Your TL with Navi will seamlessly update its clock when Daylight saving takes place or when you drive through each different time zones.

 

That means the TL is a TIME MACHINE!!!!

As a frequent long-distance driver, I must say that is one of the most endearing features of the TL.

 

Can someone help me out here? How do I activate the time machine feature? I rtfm and I can't find anything about time traveling.

I did enjoy the auto update. I had a half a thought to look for the hour & minute buttons and then I thought about it ....

 

It falls flat on its faceplate.

Arizona does not observe DST. Every time I cross the Colorado river eastbound on I-8, the clock changes right at the midpoint of the river. It's a really oversight on the part of the nav system's programmers.

 

 

I was pleasantly surprised too. It was my first time adjustment. The TL is so cool!
