Clock and Navi.

I bought my 2007 TL a few months ago and it did not come with the Navi disc. I have been thinking this whole time I needed it to set my clock but I just bought the Navi update and I still can't figure out how to set my clock. Also the disc came with no directions. Can anyone please give me some pointers. Thank you and I greatly appreciate any help.

it has nothing to do with the disc. unless on the 07-08 TLs the clock goes by the satelite from the GPS. i know my 05 does not and must be manually set and account for daylight savings as well.

IIRC...go to "set up" (this is a button on your dash), then page 4 i think...i'd have to go sit in my car to change the time on the clock to make sure the procedure is correct...under "set up" there should be 4 pages (see buttons at top of screen). scroll through them to find the time/change clock function.

I have nav in my tsx with a older disc. It changes the clock based on the older daylight savings time. When we were on our cross-country roadtrips it would change the time automatically in each time zone. A benefit with having nav.

^^that sounds right. sorry memory was a bit fuzzy. the ONLY time i went to change the clock was b/c the car would change it based on the OLD daylight savings. procedure to change the time is the same though. so please disregard the navi disc comment i had made earlier.

Thank You Ladies and Gents. I didn't realize my clock automatically set itself when I put the Navi disc in. Still no directions for the Navi but I am slowly figuring it out. Thanks again!

navi is fairly intuitive...i'm sure there are a few things it does that i have not discovered since i never read the manuals.

FYI, the Navi manuals and owner's manuals for each year of the 3G TL are in the stickied 3G Service Dept. thread; see https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/j-020-3g-acura-tl-owners-manual-navi-manual-warranty-booklet-pdfs-851625/.

Also, the Navi has Voice Command help if you press the "info" button next to the Navi joystick button.
