Cleansweep HELP!!!

i have the unit hooked up

the unit turns on when acc switch is turned on
but no sound goes through, UNTIL i unplug the oem speaker harness on the CS and plug it back in. i have tried it with the signal sense on and off, i was thinking maybe its a bad unit, but im not sure.

i have yellow hooked up to constant power
red to ign
blue to remote
black to ground

what gives, anyone had this problem before?

We had this problem with the first cleensweep we installed on the 3g TL at our shop. I imagine that if you go through to calibrate it it also has trouble fixing all the channels? Ultimately after sitting on the phone with JL we came to realize that contrary to what we had been told on the TL the cleensweep is quite particular as to where you catch signal at. Make sure you have all the right speaker wires, and that you catch signal in between the radio and the factory amp, not after the amp as that is supposedly what was causing the problem.

You mean you hooked it to the sub wire before the amp right? If so the cleansweep won't work well because it only accepts full range inputs.
