Question Cleaning Navi Screen

For those that have Navi, What do you use to clean your Navi screen? I dont want to use the wrong product and ruin it.

You are correct. This is what I use. It's soft, and the liquid is very mild.

To whoever suggested Windex.. This is not 'My Fat Greek Wedding" scene.. believe it or not, Windex is not a solution for everything.

P.S. I do have a protector screen on it.

Yeah Windex is not good. in fact, it could damage it. Microfiber cloth and my own breath is what I use. Just breath on the screen like if you were cleaning your sunglasses. Make sure you have an Altoid or something first though.

I use a damp microfiber towel. I prefer the Cobra microfiber towels. Here is a link for the ones I use on the interior to clean and dust. http://www.autogeek.net/cobra-deluxe...ber-towel.html All the Cobra microfiber towels are great.

I use LCD wipes on NAV screens. You can find them at target, wally world, best buy or any computer/electronic store.

Hopefully that is a microfiber cloth. I would be carefull at what you use to clean LCD screens, they scratch easily. Windex with vinigar and not amonia maybe ok but I wouldn't risk it.

Damn, I just use a dry microfiber that I keep in my car. Never really had a need to use any liquid substance to clean it

I mean I don't spray it on there. I spray a bounty and then clean it.

Damp terry cloth towel for the Navi screen and all plastic surfaces. I think the dealership put a nice film/cover over my TL's Navi screen itself, though.
Then I use the damp cloth to wipe the rest of the dash, wheel column, etc. before further cleaning/application of 303 Aerospace Protectant (dash and window seals only).

A pressure washer at my local coin carwash!

I actually found a little screen cleaner kit at an auto parts store. Came with a microfiber cloth, a bristle tipped brush, and some sort of sponge with fishnet material covering it. Works pretty good.
I might try the disposable wipe cloths from Target that I just read about.
