Cheapest DVD/Backup camera navi conversion

What is the cheapest way to convert your navi screen to play DVD's and have a backup camera?

What are the prices that have been paid for those who have done it?

doms navi converter 125
audio converter 120
backup camera 100

total cost should be around 325 plus dvd player. just some estimates if you do it your self and are willing to cut into some wires, if not, there is a PNP harness for 100 dollars more from dom.

Anyone live near North Jersey willing to help me with the install?? I'm not really interested in the back up screen. More concerned with being able to install a DVD player or PS2 to view movies.

Thanks.

I was wondering the same thing. There's three things I'm interested in at the moment:

1) Ipod Video connection to play through navi
2) DVD Player (preferrably a PS2 slim in glove compartment)
3) Back-Up camera

Not sure what the best set up is and was quoted $750 for everything but the PS2 unit itself (I would have to provide it, $130). Is this a smart move or am I overkilling it with Ipod Video and PS2?

I spent only under $600 and really went all out. Best deal if you ask me.

Is it possible to get the back-up camera without DVD playing ability?

You just need:
Dom's TVandNav2Go 125
Backup Camera 100

+ time/effort to install. Check out the FAQ for DIY guides.
