I'd be interested in looking over the install manual & some info on how you program the factor button with Centrafuse. It looks like a nice unit but not much info on it and no confirmation that everything is compatible with the TL that i've seen. ALso the prices I've seen have been a deal breaker but I've only seen listed once in US dollars.

The Car2pc was a HUGE deception. I'm currently using the first version of the P.I.E Audio input Converter and it does the job. I'm also using a noise cancelation that plugs itselfs in a USB Audio card. Thats the best way I found to get some good audio quality without spending big $$$ and have to rewire all the speakers....

GA-NET+ is impressive but is very pricey.

I found a scan do pro for $25 so we'll see how that goes.

That cheap Chinese arcade converter was a piece of crap

any advice on the usb touch screen controller (SLT-TP05-USB) I have mine hooked to the OEM touch screen and the drivers installed but I cant get it do control my screen at all. The little LED on the controller board turns on when push the screen so I know its sending the information to the controller!! Did you have any issues with this?

I haven't tried it yet. It works the other way around though.

Do you have another 4 wire touch array to make sure the controller is working correctly?

I got it working after installing the drivers on the website for tablet based windows OS. not sure why because I just have windows 7 premium installed. now I just need to get the scando output figured out. I already built the rgb switching relay at the navigation , but my scan do didn't come with the cord with apparently needs a VGA input from the cpu with a larger DB-15 and a custom pin configuration. What scando model # did you get and did it have a cord?

No, it didn't have a cord and I can't get it working either. The pinout is a lot different than the standard vga and you can't use a normal db15 to hd15 converter. I can't even get a test pattern out of the s-video port.

I am probably going to try a Kramer VP-100 next. Glad I only spent $25 on that piece of crap.

Temps dropped into the 30's around here so electronics work is on hold for a few months at a minimum. Time to put work on the bumper and getting the replica-zkw's in.

Well I got the Scan Do and touch screen controller all working yesterday!! Woot! Tomorrow i'll put the screen back in and do a test run with the audio/video and see how it looks. Right now I just have the Scan Do output going to one of my TVs with an S video cord. Hopefully the RGB and the smaller screen makes it look much better because it looks pretty shitty on a 32 inch LCD.

Did you use the pinout in the diagram you posted for touchscreen relay? Any modifications to that?

The diagram for the touch screen is good except the image of the controller board is flipped the wrong direction. Here is a revised version

This is mine fits right inside the back of the case.

Also this is my RGB switcher I made for the video

I'll most likely be putting it in the trunk either mounted to the top under the rear deck or on top of the existing navi DVD drive.

Not that you asked! By this is my setup. I didn't want to spend the time piecing it together and the up charge for buying the individual components as opposed to this was less then 100 dollars.

The only reason I am trying this is because my wife went to an iPad so we had a mac mini doing nothing. The only thing I did differently was to replace the std hard drive with an SSD. It was already maxed out on memory. It's a few years old but good enough for the car and the carnetix powersupply has direct connections for it.

Hey I just read this, it turns out the Scan Do does in fact accept the VGA directly through the HD15 port. You just need to make sure your have the resolution on your computer set to 800x 600 before you hook it up or else it will just flash no signal.
