from my thread about being loud enough, I recieved allot of peoples opinions about what they think is loud. not so helpful.......... what I need to know is ..
now that I found out there is no gain controls... does anyone have a schematics
or easy help guide to adding some more power without losing the stock head unit??

 

Yes there are probally a few threads about this. The only way to do this is an aftermarket amplifier. You need an audio control unit with speaker level inputs or the jlaudio cleansweep or something similar. Tap into the speaker wire at the stock amp then run rcas and power to the amp and so forth.

 

Did you sign that contract we all signed when purchasing the car?? It says that if we modify the car AT ALL they can take it back and not refund ANY of the money we have paid towards it!!
Go back and read the contract!
