My problem is simple but I don't know what's going on ..

Basically I have deleted all the pair phones and phone entries from the phonebook .. Now I'm trying to add new numbers but the system is telling me that is full. I try to do a resert for the entire system and the BT just freezes .. I try to find stuff to delete and the system is telling me there's nothing .. anyone with a solution or that have encounter this problem?
