Bluetooth volume??

Bluetooth volume??
Why is the volume low on some calls and other sounds fine. The volume on my cell is all the way up too. Some calls from thru good others can bearly hear them. Any ideas??

There is a separate volume control for the hands free link. just turn it up. volume on your phone does nothing
