Bluetooth stopped working and now I cant pair...Problem w Phone or Car?
I have the Sprint LG-325 and it just stopped working all of the sudden. I deleted the settings on the phone and on the car and tried it again. It pairs just fine then it asks me for a name to call the new connection, it then thinks for a second and goes back to the main menu. Please help...is it the phone or the car? Has any one had this happen?
There could be many causes for this. One solution is disconnecting the battery (or pulling the appropriate fuses) to reset the HFL system. Doing this MAY require you to enter your navi and radio codes. This should reset the HFL system.
I have the same exact problem. I got a new phone (SE W600i) and deleted my old phone. I went to pair my W600i, and it kept failing when I named my phone. After repeated attempts, my phone no longer sees the HandsFree Link anymore. My phone can still see other bluetooth devices. I tried turning the car off and on, but that didn't help. I'm taking my car in next week for regular servicing so I guess I'll ask them to help.

this happened to me, when I had a phone paired, and I re-flashed its firmware. When I tried to pair it again, it would exibihit the same behavious you mention.
I was simply able to fix it by, using a voice command to reset the System.
I dont remember exactly, but try this.
1 press the HFL button on the steering wheel.
then say 'help'. the command has something to do with system reset. You will loose all your pairing but will restore your system.

Same thing happened to me a few times with my blackberry 7290. I think its a car issue and not a phone issue. I tried again a few days later and got it paired. Its been going good ever since, knock on wood.

Swing by acura, ask them to use a TL for 5 min to try and pair your phone with another tl. You will know if its your TL or your Cell.
I had the same issue, my V600 would pair, but I had to manually do it everytime. It wouldnt just detect the phone in the car. I went to acura, after pairing my V600 with another TL and realizing that it worked perfectly with another TL I went back to try it in my car again, and I have no idea but it wokred perfectly in my ever since then.
